Great service I’ve bought five cars from Grapevine Ford, that should tell you a lot. I’m just old enough to let them do the services that I use to do. They do quality work and use genuine Motorcraft Parts. I trust them explicitly.

Awesome service Brought my car in for one recall. Ended up there were three. Staff were beyond awesome. Couldn’t ask for better. I have difficulty walking and they weren’t out of thier way to try to help me. Car was done quickly.

New to TX Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Service was clean with advisors knowledgeable and helpful. Jason was my advisor but interacted with a couple other individuals including porters who were nice enough to ask if they could help. Facility is huge and awesome. A long time ago I used to run car dealers in the Chicago area and this business is as professional and easy to deal with as any I've crossed paths with (including mine)

Great Experience! Just bought my second car from this dealer. Carver makes the sales process so smooth and easy. He takes great care of his customers, and makes sure that they get everything they want. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in, and gave me a great deal on the new vehicle. I don’t like that the Kahu module was forced on me, and that there was no option to remove it from the vehicle.

Used car dealer practices are alive and well. Great help from Kevin Marsh. I didn't like the impossible to remove dealer add, Kahu. The price advertised did not reflect the cost of Kahu. It felt very deceptive to see a price online and they come back with a higher price when I get there. We came to a consensus and I purchased the car. We could have avoided conflict if they were upfront.
Great salesman! Jason Mcbee was great to work with! He was very helpful and great in communicating with us! He worked very hard and was dedicated! Highly recommend him!

Great expierence!!!! I went in looking to buy a specific mustang. Andrew greeted me and was instantly friendly and helpful. He meshed really well with me and my family which ultimately made my wife feel better. We also had the pleasure of working with Zach in finance who was also very friendly and extremely helpful.
