Retired The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great. We have purchase several cars with Grapevine Ford. They have always been dependable and trustworthy.
Drivability issue, difficult to start car 18 month old Ford 2018 Explorer...not starting and scared us as in a dead battery...looked up warranty...called and they said it is covered if it is the battery...Jason got us in and out in about one hour...replaced the battery FREE...car wash FREE....I had lunch in the Mustang Cafe...French Dip sandwich which was excellent !!!! New to the area...we will make Grapevine Ford our new hometown dealer for everything.
Over all great experience! Debi was really helpful in test driving the car I intended to buy. From parts department to financing, everyone was genuinely interested in helping to answer questions and close the deal. It's my first time buying experience here and it was great. Service department is not new to me as I have gone in for few repairs and oil changes plus car washes. I highly recommend Grapevine Ford and Lincoln in Grapevine.
Top Notch service David Fillmore and Michael Ellsworth truly gave me the best service out of all the dealerships I visited. They made the buying process go by smooth and got me into the truck I wanted and the payments I asked for. Could not be happier with my decision to do business with David, Michael and the Grapevine Ford team. Highly recommend asking for Michael if you are in the market to buy a new or used car. Oil change Dropped my car off for a recall that needed to be done. I wanted an oil change while it was in there and everything was done just like clockwork. Pete R. kept in touch with me thru the whole process and always is so nice and upbeat. Pete has help me before with service and it is always a pleasure working with him.
Ford Strong Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and wanting to help as I walked through all areas of the dealership. I almost traded my 2017 Taurus in for a new Explorer, but decided not to.

Looking to buy a new truck. Very satisfied except for the length of time to complete the process. Salesman was fantastic, sales manager very helpful, Financial’s were very slow. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.
