Supervisor Excellent efficient service. In and out as promised. Ended up replacing the tires and the dealer actually beat the competitors prices. They washed the vehicle and had it ready when promised.
450 Miles Left on the Bumper-to-Bumper With 450 miles left on my bumper-to-bumper warranty on my 2018 F150, I had difficulty with my electric power assisted steering after an auto stop/start. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to diagnose it because it was intermittent and stopped happening after the temperature warmed up, but they were able to determine that my battery was faulty. Great customer service in service!!! Robert Leininger actually redeemed my opinion of Grapevine Ford. My sales experience was VERY disappointing and completely lacking in the customer service area. As a result, I had pretty low expectations for my experience with the service department. The sales team could stand to learn about customer service from Bob. Great service I was from out of state and had a problem with my truck. This was the closest place. They got me in and diagnosted my problem. Got it fixed at a reasonable price. Jason was my service writer and did an excellent job of working with a me and keeping me informed of the progress. Very satisfied with the way everything went.
