Review Mike Ellsworth and Nolan O’Brien were 5 star. Mike was efficient and straightforward. Respectful of our time. You need some more low chairs or couches to accommodate the disabled clients. A bench outside would be good. Like that you have a cafe. Are there twice.

Supervisor Excellent efficient service. In and out as promised. Ended up replacing the tires and the dealer actually beat the competitors prices. They washed the vehicle and had it ready when promised.
450 Miles Left on the Bumper-to-Bumper With 450 miles left on my bumper-to-bumper warranty on my 2018 F150, I had difficulty with my electric power assisted steering after an auto stop/start. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to diagnose it because it was intermittent and stopped happening after the temperature warmed up, but they were able to determine that my battery was faulty. Great customer service in service!!! Robert Leininger actually redeemed my opinion of Grapevine Ford. My sales experience was VERY disappointing and completely lacking in the customer service area.
