Great customer service Wow, this had to be the easiest truck sale I have ever did. Went right in and was Greeted and introduce to mike. No games or gimmicks they gave me everything I wanted and more. Above and beyond I brought my car in for oil change and maintenance. They found an issue with the exhaust system and had to keep it an extra day. With out pause offered to cover a rental car while mine was being fixed. This is exceptional customer service to not even question spending extra to take care of the customer. Great place and service.

Car wash Took the car in for a recall repair which and they said they were going to wash the car when done but they did not.

Love getting my oil changes at Grapevine Ford Fast lane is great. Andrew was very helpful getting my truck in and out very quickly on my oil change. Good price and they wash the truck too!
