Grapevine Ford Rocks!!! From the time my wife and I hit the lot the customer service was awesome!! Richard Ford (Yes his last name is Ford..lol) was patient and very informative about the vehicles he was showing me. Jake Buzzard the finance manager was great and friendly.. 2016 F150 XLT We are very happy with our experience with the salesman Reid Harmon and our experience at Grapevine Ford in purchasing our truck. Reid did an excellent job working with us and helping us find the truck of our choice. There is so much leg room in the back seat and plenty of leg room in the front, too. We are looking forward to the Ford Family dinners at Grapevine Ford. Thank you Harmon for helping me find the truck for my Husband. He is a happy camper on Cloud 9!!
Outstanding Katie J at Grapevine Ford is the best! Went in late on a Monday to buy a mustang and within minutes of walking through the front door we had test drove, negotiated and closed a purchase. Satisfied customer Great buying experience! First time I was in and out in less than 4 hours, leaving with a feeling of satisfaction I got a good deal. Love my Jeep Wrangler! Only complaint is when I returned a few weeks later with a brake issue, they did not replace rear pads I was told by an actual Jeep dealer, were very low.

Truck purchase Katie (sales consultant) did an outstanding job. She picked me up at the airport and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of my truck purchase including a follow up call the next day. Zach and James also did a good job on sales and finance side.
