Great Service While in the waiting room two other ladies and i were talking about the great customer service we get at Grapevine-and a rose! Travis Doyle was excellent. He got my part ordered. My car got finished and he moved it up the line to be washed so I could leave. He also saw that there was a recall that I hadn't been notified about. Travis had that fixed. He will be my go to Man for now on. Thank you Travis!

Buying new car. I've been a client of Grapevine Ford for many years and I have no complaints about this dealership! They have always done an excellent job on my vehicles and if ever there was a problem they would take care of it quickly and very professional . The staff there are so sweet and caring they go out of there way to make you feel welcome and that your car and financial situation matters when it comes to repairs and buying a new car. Great service and professionalism!

Friendly, Fun, and Honest Service Best car buying experience ever. Everyone who works here was friendly, professional, honest, and fun! The dealership is clean and is actually nice to look at. There selection is good, and there was not even one ounce of the typical car dealership games and drama. We will be back!

Excellent Customer Service and Amazing Staff Grapevine Ford Lincoln has been one of the best places I've been to when getting my car serviced. The facilities are great and inviting. The staff is super helpful and consistent on making sure you're happy with the end result. The two service advisors thats helped me was Alfredo and Lauren. They both are super helpful and just plain friendly. Whenever you go, try to get one of them to help you out. You won't be disappointed.

Best Experience! I recently purchased a Ford Fusion. The sales rep Beto was patient and extremely courteous. Thank you for not pressuring me to make a decision. What I really liked is how Beto handled the situation and that he gave me things to consider about what I was looking at in regards to other cars.
