Awesome Experience! Jimmy Wacker took such awesome care of me these past few days! He wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he wanted to ensure that I had a vehicle that I loved and was comfortable with both physically and financially. Today he had the perfect vehicle for me and helped me through the whole process. I definitely had an amazing experience at Grapevine Ford.

Could have been better They worked with me on a vehicle that was being shown to another couple. When we agreed to numbers and they ran my credit, all was fine. 10 minutes later they tell me there is an issue and that particular truck is no longer available. After reading reviews, I see this is a common issue with them. With that said, they did attempt to make it right by offering a more expensive truck but at same price. They added an extended warranty at “no cost” by lowering my APR to keep payments the same. I knew this ta... read more

Very Satisfied Customer Very courteous, professional and friendly service from Ken in Sales and Gary in Finance. It couldn’t have been a more satisfying and pleasant experience. Excellent pricing, customer focused, no high pressure sales tactics and excellent inventory. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Ford.
