Nice car, but be prepared to work for it. They definitely have their sales process set in stone, for better or worse. The office area provides a high-volume, high-paced business without much friendliness/warmth. The people were nice, the car was waiting for us and we liked the car. However, when we sat down to talk numbers, we found that included in the price of the car was a $595 extra key fee and a $500 non-negotiable fee for some added on security system. Marcus was great! The sales process was wonderful until finance. Once we told the finance guy, Bruce, we wouldn’t buy the extended warranty, he became rude and difficult to work with. At one point he stormed out of the office because we asked to read the documents we were signing.
