Nice car, but be prepared to work for it. They definitely have their sales process set in stone, for better or worse. The office area provides a high-volume, high-paced business without much friendliness/warmth. The people were nice, the car was waiting for us and we liked the car. However, when we sat down to talk numbers, we found that included in the price of the car was a $595 extra key fee and a $500 non-negotiable fee for some added on security system. Great place Staff was very kind and courteous. Kye was amazing. He set all the electronics up in my new car and even paired my phone. Everything went smoothly to include the financing.
