I spoke with the dealer a couple of times. I arranged to drive an hour and half to drive this van. Upon arrival I was told the van was sold they they had plenty of other vehicles for us to drive. Classic car dealer bait and switch. The dealer said they attempted to contact me but that was not accurate because we had talked and texted but there was no evidence of them attempting to let me know this van was “sold”. They tried to lie to me about interest rates for financing. They wanted 15% and everywhere else I went I got around 5%. I decided to pay cash because of this and once they realized they weren’t making money off of the interest rate they left me in limbo for two weeks claiming the car was being serviced. I wasted two weeks for it and in the end it was sold to someone else. Absolutely horrible! There are many better dealers and sales reps to do business with!
The absolute worse experience Iâve ever had from a car dealership! I would not recommend buying from Gravity Autos in Marietta. I negotiated an out the door price and agreed to it before traveling 150 miles to finalize the purchase to find them trying to add over $2,000 in unnecessary fees. Rude Made an offer and got a history lesson Would not purchase a vehicle from this person or dealership at any price. This person thinks he is the only dealership out there. Time to self evaluate. I made an offer a simple yes I will take or no I can not except the offer.

Sent numerous emails and updates on vehicles
Was contacted by dealer through email, they were professional and tried to schedule a visit to test drive the vehicle. They continued to reach out for a test drive
Was contacted, but they did not answer/respond to my specific questions, just forwarded the listing again. It was very frustrating to get an answer to the simple question regarding an "out the door" price. Finally received a quote, but it included extra charges for items described as "government fees" and other extras that were not explained, and did not include any taxes, so it was still not an "out the door" quote.
