Rudest saleswoman ever!!! The car had dings, scratches and chips in windshield and she wouldn’t budge off price plus almost $1k in admin fees. Will never walk on their property again!!!
An old white man thought i dont have money to pay for this car in full, so he speaked to me with an upper voice. He didnt want to have a deal with me because there was some one looking at the same car at that time. I hope you sell your car this way. Noticed the car staying there for a while.
Gave them my info to check my credit for this vehicle on Friday. They sold it to someone else on Saturday. I was hesitant to allow them to do a hard inquiry on my credit and expressed that to my salesperson. So my credit took a hit for nothing! Guess it wasn’t meant to be!
Promised to call me back, but never heard from him again
I live 100 miles South of this dealership and when I asked about availability they told me that I would have to make a one thousand dollar deposit to hold it for 24 hours. I gave them my card information. I arrived the following day and of course the car was sold. All the bad things you have heard about used car salesmen are true about this place. ...BUYER BEWARE
I contacted dealership looking for verification on discrepancy between pictures of car in ad, and description in text. Got a reply, but question wasn't answered. Sent a reply back, then the salesperson sent me actual pictures of car which confirmed that pictures in ad and ones he sent matched, so description in ad was in error.
I would rate a 0 if possible. They were unprofessional from the very beginning. I told them the vehicle I was interested in and they said they’d have it ready to be seen. When we arrived, we did the test drive and during the drive we heard a noise. After about 10 minutes into the drive, the noise was very loud and there was a vibration to boot. Yes reach out to we did not make a deal do to the vihicle been over priced for me. In my opinion they want to muc money for the vehicle. The vehicle is is going to be 7 year old with over 81,000 miles. And they did not want to meet my price so I had to walk away.
The first time I went in to purchase a car. I waited all day before being told they could not get the finance done even though my wife had good credit. I went to a different dealership and got a new 2016 escalade in 2hrs and drove home in it.
