There was something wrong with the traction system on the car, and they still wanted to sale it at the same price, crazy
Sales guy managed to be pushy and responsive at the same time.
I would never go back here and I would not recommend know one else either. Poor Customer Service I give them a 0 rating. Ok they ask me to be more specific about my experience with Gravity Auto I can't get anymore specific when I say POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were not greeted by no one when we arrived and finally we had to ask someone to help us and the sales person who eventually made his way over he was not friendly and did not apologize about the wait. I made an inquiry on a car and was told it was still for sale. It took two days to hear from one of the salesman only to find out the car had been sold four days earlier. That’s fine, thins happen and I understand. I proceeded to let him know I was looking for a similar car with all the color options just to make it easier and told him I am ready to buy and willing to fly up with a few days notice to buy. Very bad experience. It did not appear that any one I spoke to had any knowledge whatsoever! I was prepared to drive 4 hours to buy a car and no one would confirm whether or not the car was still there! I would advise people wanting to buy a car from a trusted company avoid Gravity Autos.
Took too long to reply and once they did, the salesman rushed through the conversation as if he didn't have the time to talk to me. He said someone from the dealership would contact me with my appraisal, however they never did Guess they didn't want my business!
Replied to my email a week later but never really answered my question, then proceeded to email me like 10 times bothering me about it. Rude experience when I went in, nobody seemed to want to talk to us, told us the car was there then took our id just to look at it then said it wasn't there. I've had a bad experience with them before, went in to look at one car I saw online and they said they had it, then said they didn't but they had a car that was in my price range which I said was very specifically at 8000$ with no budge... read more
There was a discrepancy on the mileage and the price was dropped to $21,999. I contacted Gravity again. I contacted CARFAX to get a better understanding on the discrepancy. I did not want to purchase the vehicle if the vehicle had the disputed mileage. I cleared the mileage. I informed the salesman that I cleared the mileage up and I wanted to see the vehicle. Your comments suggest that we changed the price without your knowledge. I just want to clarify this situation. We offered you a great deal, we were honest and we communicated everything clearly throughout the process. At $23,999, this car was the lowest anywhere. We reduced the price $2,000 (to $21,999 which would have been a loss) when we found there was a discrepancy with the milage because that is good business.
