The car looked nothing like the pictures. The truck have body and interior damage. Per the salesman, the dealership refused to fix the damage. The reason given, because I wasn't getting a brand new car
Initial call was fine, then the sales person wasn't very informative about the vehicle. I then asked him to drive the car. He said he did, then it's been telephone tag since then
When I was there Toby seemed so nice and respectful, but once I s did my online application he didn't respond. I keep calling to Gravity and finically got a text and Toby was very short with my outcome. Texting saying. No, no, no. I know he was a salesman. But I might not be able to get a loan today, but in the feature I will or a family member or friends. But he didn't gave s dam after he saw your credit score. Hummm, really dissatisfaction.
Car would not start. Message said service car right away. Sales person said battery was dead and just didn't run long enough to charge ?

These guys suck! Their car selection looks good but that's about it. Managers are not friendly and insulting. It took over 2 and a half months to get my registration due to their lack of competency. Finance manager tried to get me for an extra $1000 in the paperwork. All the vehicle tires are dry rotted (read other reviews). Not responsive to calls or emails after the transaction. Contacted me immediately about the car I was interested in
I made arrangements with a salesman to come see a car and when I showed up they didn’t know where the car was, turns out a worker has been using it as his personal car for the last several months putting an extra 5,000 miles on it. I had to come back several hours later when the car was finally there. Upon seeing the car, the windshield wipers were destroyed, the front two tires were tremendously bald, and there was a pretty large scratch going across the trunk.
