Over price they send too many e mail never listen when asking them a question in e mail
Internet rep makes occasional email contact, not being a pest. I have yet to make the trip to view car.
I simply couldn't trust the folks I was working with at Gravity Autos–South. They did not have much knowledge on the cars -- couldn't answer my questions or address my concerns.
Looked at an Audi and a Land Rover, but all we talked about buying was the Audi. They did all the paperwork and had it ready to sign on the Audi. BUT, we left to go to other dealerships because that's why we made the trip. We called to get an update on the wheel issue we had with the Audi before going back to the dealership. They informed us that they had run the numbers on the wrong car and the payment would be much higher. Bought from another dealership.
I asked each of two questions in my original message: are there any "junk" fees (fees not required by the state or local government) associated with the purchase - and what was the best price for the vehicle, as I live 400 miles away. Neither question was answered. I sent another message and this time was told (again by Josh) "when you're best I market like we are, you don't have the mark-up to make additional drops in price" and the "junk" fee was a $699 ( we'll call it $700) "dealer fee." Contacted dealer about a vehicle I had interest in. While I chose not to purchase at this time, they were willing and eager to earn my business.
Cash buyer. Wouldn't even fill the tank. Car has many chips, edges on bumpers missing paint entirely. Several dings.1 key. Wrong headrests in 2 rear seats. They were not willing to correct even though a vehicle was there that headrests could be switched out of. Code for front o2 sensor. Code for steering wheel up and down.
