The dealership got in contact quickly and were quite helpful up until I received the invoice which contained a 20% price increase for “accessories” I neither asked for nor required. I bought a car elsewhere.
I do not recommend this dealer. They pulled my credit two separate times and tried to apply me for a loan without my authorization. Now I have to go through a lengthy process to have it removed from my credit. I only went in for a test drive (only slightly considering buying). They also will have multiple people try to pressure you into buying and make you feel like you can not leave. This is not the place for a pleasant, pressure-free car buying experience. What a cluster. No place to park. Tried twice to drive a car, couldn’t find keys.
Dealer responded immediately , unfortunately car sold before I could make it out there
Arrived at dealership to test drive vehicle we had talked about for several days with salesman to find a dirty Lexus with stained carpets and no gas.We had to go put gas in to test drive it.
They tried to get me to come down to the lot with out answering my email inquiry up front.
I purchase a vehicle here upon the 2nd visit. No pressure. No haggling. But BEWARE of the vacant lot next door that is NOT owned by gravity. My sales person parked my vehicle in front of an old building foundation which I drove across as I was exiting. RUINED my tired within 2 hours of receiving the key. A warning or a fair precautionary set-up, would have been MUCH appreciated. All the expensive cars are well taken care of and maintained, if you look at anything under 20k, it's not likely to be in good shape, the car I looked at was filthy, they used the trunk to store loose items, and the car had damage from being hit on their tiny lot, and they still tried to sell it at a price meant for a car with no accidents. Unless they give you a fantastic deal, I would stay away
Untrustworthy. Did not honor price listed on CarGuru or price listed on USAA Website. Listed $9840, but demanded $12,900 when ready to sign actual documents. Dishonorable.
