BUYER BEWARE!!! This 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a clean Carfax, however it is plagued with MECHANICAL PROBLEMS!!! I took this car to a local dealership and paid to have inspecttion completed by an independent mechanic and the problems found were endless!! Countless oil leaks in the main cabin engine, A/C line leaking, timing cover leaking, windshield washer doesn't work, electrical problems and more! They tried to make me happy after I had a bad experience with another dealership.
I visited the dealership but did not like the the fact the driver seat of the vehicle was torn, that was not shown in the pictures online. The salesman did offer to have the seat repaired but did not have any pictures of prior work .
Made an appointment for 7 pm. Arrived at 7:06. The car was not ready and the salesperson seem mildly hostile. The salesperson stated the vehicle needed gas before I test drove it and disappeared for approximately 20 minutes to put gas in the car. Overall bad experience

Offered to leave a large cash deposit to hold till Monday/for 2 business days they said they couldn’t. So I lost the sell after looking for weeks for one like they had. Didn’t understand why they couldn’t take 10-20k over the phone by card or bank wire immediately.

I didn't really care for the experience, after all was said and done, I was so stressed out. I decided not to buy a car from them. I have bought another vehicle elsewhere. The communication good, listing accuracy, not good. At this time I can't make a positive recommendation to my friends, oveewhelmingly stressed out.
Dealer was waaay too pushy. Dealer wanted to argue about other cars I was interested in and even lied saying she looked the car up and the other dealership had already sold it... I’ve purchased my last 2 cars from Gravity Autos, but after this I doubt I return. I ended up purchasing a car from another dealership that my saleswoman told me was sold.
Dealer contacted me and was very polite but I went a different route.
although the car was still on the website it had been sold and the salesperson lied and said it was still there until I said I was coming to see it, then it suddenly was sold...
