Sadly, I really liked this car but be a little Leary of this dealer. They put the car out without inspecting it. When I got it to drive it, I immediately turned around as it was not safe to be in...chugging. They later called me to say that it needed completely new brakes and had a flat! I didn't like my experience at this dealership. Virlyn, the salesman kept changing the price and payment of the vehicle with HAND signals to the Finance manager. Stay away from this place. I bought my vehicle at a dealership that valued my time and treated me with respect. I even contacted Virlyn the next day to give him another chance, but he never contacted me back; even though he knew I was shopping with a cashier's check from Navy Federal. This dealership has to do better.......
Not very good , after messaging seller and was waiting on it to get back to the lot after fixing an issue next thing I found out from an alert to my phone , it was sold !
never sent anything i requested. ask for numbers on how we could trade, never rec,d any numbers. just said he was very busy. would not even consider buying a car from them now.
Awful experience. This dealer ran my credit 3 times. Never followed up with me. I called them 3 times. The sales person push me to the voice mail, then the other 2 calls I was told the manager would follow up and never did. Then after all of this they sold the vehicle to someone else. Do not deal with this dealer. It felt like a bait and switch game..
Talked with a salesman at this location. we actually went to another location, the car showed online was not available. Then we went to the Sandy Spring location that was supposed to have 2 cars we liked. Neither was on the lot and the salesman that approached us was eating and did not introduce himself. I would not recommend this dealer at all.
Sales rep was misleading and difficult to reach. Finance personnel were not much better. They sent me a letter saying “Congratulations, you have been approved. “ The salesman knew it was a car for my fiancé and after we sold her car because the deal was approved and were ready to complete the purchase, they couldn’t do it from their end.
Cars we saw were dirty on the inside... Cat hair and dirt on seats
I was so excited to get this Maserati for Mother’s Day. I set up an appointment and drove 184 miles to test vehicle and was disappointed that the vehicle was not at the dealership when I arrived. I had to wait 1hr and 15mins for the vehicle to be returned. A service light was on and they claim they would check it. I spent 4 hours there and was frustrated and ready to get back home.
