My salesman, ****, was very good - he took time to understand what we were looking for and how much we wanted to invest, explained the process and the options, showed pictures and a 3 D model, and the end result was very positive for my mother, who is 88 years old! Looking forward to our new sunroom being built!

After explaining what I was interested in accomplishing, ****, my design consultant, analyzed the current situation with my deck. He was extremely thorough in explaining what would need to be done and gave me options on how to transform my existing deck into a 3 season living area. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was patient with me. There was no pressure. I look forward to working with ****.

We are very pleased with our patio enclosure. We live on a busy street and it reduced traffic noise. Our neighbors gave us so many positive comments on our home's new appearance. Our service representative, **** ********, was easy to work with and he followed up throughout the whole process. He continues to check in on us to make sure we are still happy with this addition. He also made sure we received our military discount!

This review is for the Boston, MA branch. We recently enclosed a screen porch and updated a small deck from wood to composite. It was a large project because the wood on both porch and deck was rotted and needed to be completely ripped out and re-built. ****, our salesman spent several hours with us to get what we wanted, not to mention a few adjustments along the way. ***came out to do all the measuring. This team has the best customer service and outstanding quality of any patio enclosure that I have run across. Josh Thompson did a great job on covering all options for my screened in patio, explaining the process and even followed up after it was completed to insure I was happy. This is first rate customer service folks from start to finish. I also have to give a shout-out to the installers, ****an* *****. I had water sitting in my yard after a big rain. When ****and ***. came to fix the problem, they found it was more complicated than they thought. Instead of giving up or doing a minor fix, they studied the problem together. I heard them saying if they did it this way what could happen, or if they did it that way, it wouldn’t work. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our initial consultation with **** ******** was what sold us on their product. He was very patient and took his time to give us all the options to fit into our budget. Jorge and the whole construction crew was great. They were out working during the terrible winter weather we had this year with over 2 feet of snow on the ground and then the brutal cold temps. We could not be happier with the finished product and it more then met our expectations.
