Found me MRI facility close to home. Great customer service. Was assisted by Vanessa who was great.

Get back in touch in a timely manner, I waited 5 days to hear back to get an xray scheduled. I was initially contacted by Christin and was supposed to be contacted by Jasmin. Leo ended up contacting me and got me a location. I was sent to an Urgent care where I was evaluated by a doctor when I had been evaluated by my pcp and had the order, seems to be not much cost savings then just getting an xray.
When I called on Thursday to get an appointment for an ultrasound on my right lower leg for possible blood clot, it took until the following Monday to get an appointment and voucher to go to open imaging. Y’all were unable to make contact with green imaging in Longview Texas on 4th street. The symptoms subsided and it was a muscle so I canceled my appointment. I was wary of paying before anything was done. Then the address led me to Mrmorisl MRI and I thought I had been scammed. I went inside and asked if they were Green Imaging. The lady at desk, Chelsea, said no. My heart sank. Then she said, but we do business together and the work through us. Do, I was in the right place.
I was first offered an appointment that was almost two hours away from my house, days later an appointment was found for me 1.5 hours away from my house. A few days later an appointment was found close to my house, so I went to that. When I got there they said they did not accept vouchers from Greens. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with someone at Green that was finally able to assist. It was a very frustrating experience that took a very long time to complete.
Arrived on time for my 9:00am . While signing in I was told I have to get a new appointment as they didn’t have a tec to do ultra sound. This is after drinking 20 ozs water. This cost me a total of $34 :00 plus., and loss of a large portion of the day.
I had to send a lot of text asking about the voucher and location for services. I finally ended up calling again, after calling things started moving forward.
