Quick, friendly and helpful! I don’t know the name of the person at the front desk but she was very nice and helpful. The person who did my mammogram was amazing, kind and thorough. Please give them credit. They did a great job.

Rescheduled appointment because I could not find location. When I went back my paperwork was not accepted because it had the prior date. I ended up waiting I’ve 3 hours. Arrived at 10 and left at 2.

The person with whom we are speaking at the facility recognized you were not handled correctly at the front desk. They are going through training with their team to manage how to handle our patients at the front desk as this should not have been an issue. I am sorry you had this experience, but through our retraining, it should be avoided by patients in the future. We really appreciate your feedback.
I was told My appointment was on Monday June 6 when in fact it was scheduled for June 7. Normally not a big deal. It I had to reschedule an eye exam.

Scheduling is SO easy! No hassle with paperwork. I showed up at the time I was told and was seen within 20 minutes.
1st - the scheduler only scheduled 2 of 3 things on the doctor's order. So I was unable to get the ultrasound ordered. 2nd - The staff were not very informative or forthcoming with directions once I got there. It was a lot of "this way" and "wait here" without any "so and so will be right with you." At one point I was waiting for the DEXA scan and had to stop someone walking by to make sure they knew I was there. 3rd - I waited 45 mins for a CD of my mammogram and was then told "maybe you can come by next week.
