Had a issue with my POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. Didn't even get 20,000 miles out of the car a honda accord before a blown head gasket. Took it back to the shop and was told the warranty didn't cover it. Talked to Landry and Zack. I was told they was going to call warranty company and try and work something out. Zack told me he would call me the next day. Been almost 2 weeks now and still no phone call. I just keep getting the run around. Will be the last honda me and my family purchase from greensboro
Financial advisor "Landry" packed the loan and stated warranties were included in the loan when in all reality they were an additional charge to the finance amount, I was in a rush had to pick my child up from school so I missed it until later that day and was told it was nothing I could do I already signed the papers, I went home and couldn't sleep so I returned the next day and spoke to the original finance/sales manager I believe his name is "Hayden" and he was able to reverse the loan and actually give me the better vehi... read more
My experience on this day was not good at all when they finish working on my car. My tire was very dirty for a lot of white stuff on it. It looked like it was damaged. I didn't notice until until I got home and then when I call trying to talk to somebody on the phone about it. The phone system is not good. It was horrible. They keep hanging up on me. For starters, the salesman called my phone at 741 am. He and the sales manager seemed they didnt care, so that ended dealing with this dealership!!
I was told I buy a part it would fix car After I paid to have it fixed and it didn't fix problem I told guy put car back the way it was bc I didn't pay to get car fixed and it's not fixed A big misunderstanding

You better not be in a hurry! When I called to schedule the appointment they told me it would take an hour. Over 2 hours later I was ready to go!
Took my car here to a have a small repair done and ended up with a major oil leak after leaving this dealership.
