I brought in a Motocompacto for a brake lever and they charged over $280, didn't discuss pricing beforehand and charged $184 per hour for a 44lbs e scooter. Plus they tightened up the bolts so tight it has trouble folding which is its whole thing! It's supposed to fold and they made it nearly impossible. I told them to loosen it and they loosened something but not the right thing. I'll have to remedy it myself and for over $280 it's ridiculous.
Staff was misleading and didn't do to meet basic standard. Didn't care about customer satisfaction.
The tech I dealt with was nice, but the wait was unbelievable. I had an appointment scheduled at 1 PM for an oil change. I didn't roll out of there until 3:50 PM.
Not fixed still after 2 all day appointments. All other appointments were good.
Karen and the service dept did a great job. I didn't like that while I had my car in for service was that a sales rep, Adrian J, accessed personal information in your system and called me trying to buy my car and I am pretty sure hoping I would buy a car through him. I don't appreciate that this person interrupted what I was doing, using information about me that I don't feel he should have asked for. I am very disappointed that the dealership would think that is an appropriate way to try to make a sale.
Over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Problems with tires after rotation, and no one advised us. We had to go to another tire dealer after the visit to correct the issue.
Sales person was awesome and staff. AC compressor seized the next day and never heard back from the dealer.
Not willing to negotiate! No flexibility in price! Only reduced price by $1.00
I have been a loyal customer at this location since 2014, dating back to the previous owners. There have been key changes in the service department since the ownership change, and I am extremely disappointed. This visit, the mechanic diagnosed a problem and I opted not to have the work done by Greensboro Honda.
