This was by far the worst service I've ever encountered. I bought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing in the vehicle I didn't even have any oil leaking from the bottom of my car. After leaving, I had a large puddle of oil in my driveway. When I addressed the issue with the service manager, I was advised the plug was stripped from the oil pan. This same service center did my oil change previously. Misleading quotes on charges. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer questions about those charges.
When I pull up to the service center in my vehicle, no one comes to assist me for 5 minutes, even though there are a bunch of people just standing there talking. They saw me, but no one bothered to come up to me, and I had to get out of my car to ask someone where I should go for car service, as this is my first time at this dealership. Sucked took to long and tried to sell shxxI didn't want
They did not fix my issue. Instead I was told that squeaky brakes that they installed less than a year ago is normal, however last year when I drove up squeaky they immediately recommended new brakes and rotators. Why is squeaky normal now? I had additional issues with my car after visiting this place, and I visited another shop that validated my concerns with the service I received
Usually, someone from the service department would call you before performing some services. I received no phone call from anyone in the service department about the over $3,000.00 which was charged for this service. Also, I had recently purchased another car warranty prior to bringing the car in. No one talked to me about what repairs could be covered under my warranty. This was a straight up "Money grabb". It was way .ore expensive, and high deals hope fees that were not quoted. Things that were requested were not fixed and/or not changed in the computer system. Also they did not get back to me about all this
Liked the multi-point inspection. Wanted my car washed, but the car wash was not operational. When driving home, a warning light came on advising tire inflation had to be checked. I had to return to Greensboro Honda. Service advisor asked if I had my tires rotated. I said that I did. The advisor said the service technician forgot/neglected to reset something after the tires were rotated. The advisor reset something, and the warning light disappeared.
