very impersonable - salesperson didn't know the product well enough.
Not very customer friendly. Charged $100 to tighten suspension bolts even though car was still under warranty. Apparently suspension is covered but tightening the bolts on suspension is not. Will only go back for warranty items and only when they confirm the repair is under warranty and there is no charge (tightening bolts included). Service technician was very friendly/helpful, service manager not so much.
I didn't like that I waited for 3 hours, the first day to get my key made and it didn't happen. I came back the next day and waited another 2 hours, before I got any satisfaction.
They put $8000 of warranties on my loan without telling me. They made it sound like all these extra warranties were included with the purchase price of the vehicle. I guess they thought, because I'm a woman, I'd be too dumb to know better. Inexperienced with car buying, yes, but I'm not stupid. When I called to cancel the warranties, the finance guy seemed to think it was funny that I was upset and then gave me the run around. I had to contact the warranty company to get information on how to cancel.
Had to keep bring it back for the same stuff
They forgot to reset my vehicle after my maintenance n oil change ..
Not my car, never owned a Honda. Wrong email. Please correct the dealership I've sent him several notices. It's getting old. I've never owned this car.
Bad the sellers din't know how to receive a client and they raise my time.
