Was lied to about having to sell truck wholesale because it had a open recall on it. Looked at their web site and there it was fo sale . Was not given enuf money for it. All other dealers had offered me more money for my truck . Was tired of looking for this certain truck.
They always charge much more than they say they will. Ill tell them each time before the service that the tire rotations should be no charge since I bought the tires there. They always (try to) charge anyway. The tire align was quoted at 89.99, they tried to charge $192.99 (the quote you were given over the phone was wrong) they really need to get their ethics together. I cant imagine how many people are afraid to say something then get ripped off.
The dealership did contact me, however the vehicle in question was not ready and they wanted me to try something else.
I give them 1 star for the fact I had to bring the car back for service on rear brakes pads which they didn't change the pads, just resurface the rotators, and didn't change the pads. I noticed alot of brake dust on that rear wheel. If you have brake pads repair, ask for your old pads. Didn't offer any discount on the front pads, since I had to come back for something they didn't fix the first time.
The oil change was fine, but the text they sent asking permission to do a few other services did not send and so although I dropped my car off for 2 hours I still ended up waiting another hour and a half and will need to take my car back for the other services.
I wouldn't recommend Greensboro Honda for several reaons. First, negotiating price and trade-in took way too long. Second, once our deal had been made, it took forever to get my paperwork to a finance manager. If it weren't for my persistence, I might still be there waiting... Finally, the salesman put the plate on my new car using a couple of random old screws that were the wrong size and thread type. They were barely screwed-in enough to hold the plate on. Lucky it didn't fall off going home.
Made an appointment for my oil change for 11 am. Dropped off my car and was told it would be 1h45m. After 2 hours I called for an update and was unable to get through to anyone in the service department. After 2.5 hours I called again and someone answered and told me they were unable to transfer my call to the service department but would walk over and ask them to text me with an update.
