Takes about an hour and a half. They will ask for you to come back for something small trying to get you to spend more money. Insisted that tyre's with lower tread should be in the front of a front wheel drive car. When I pushed back on this the service writer said it was in the "Honda Service Handbook". I will be using my last included oil change here and I won't be coming back.
New ownership is horrible! Service is lacking in communication and knowledges. The last two visits have been frustrating and very disappointing!
Terrible. A complete waste of time and money.
Waited an hour and thirty minutes for an oil change, but in fairness I went a few days before Christmas so they were busy. Also, I wanted full synthetic, but did not get it because I was charged $40, and from experience full synthetic is twice that amount.
This shop misdiagnosed my issue 3 times and cost me almost $1000 in repair cost. Will never use this location again.
I waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change - with an appointment. Ridiculous.
No way I would ever recommend this dealership to anyone.
Poor communication, extended delays (2+ weeks), and had to fix the same issue twice. Really lost trust.
Unfortunately, the dealership has not followed up with me to make the necessary repairs to my vehicle that were under warranty. I deeply sadden by the lack of communication from the staff. Hopefully, this survey will assist with providing opportunities for process improvement.
