Horrible customer service. Will not be returning.
They finally did a good job after telling me I needed a new battery and I just had it replaced in March to satisfy my state inspection or they didn't ever replace it in March ! It was then replaced under warranty ! It was the usual report to get more money ! Then I had to ask for coupons toward the inflated cost of an oil change ! What a rip off ! Get with it Crown Honda of Greensboro !
I was not happy with the estimate for the planned work. From "$500 it went to $800, and then to $1,000. This was attributed to rising prices of parts, and "shop fees" which I assumed were included in the estimate, but were not.
Experienced problems getting my car inspected. Test came back saying ''Not Ready" on multiple tests. Not sure if your tester knew what he was doing. Finally my service advisor took my car and drove it the recommended speed limit and duration, and my car passed the NC State Inspection.
Not good. Salesman didnt know anything. Told us to us YouTube if we wanted to find out anything about the car. Car was dirty we we received it. When we had follow up issues with their service, all of them lied about the problem. I will never go there again.
After taking both Hondas here for years, I do not expect to be back. When I drove my car in for my appointment, no one came up to greet me or help. They do get you in quickly compared to other places but then are looking for ways to add more work to the order. They recently failed my car inspection for the brakes, suggesting a $435 repair. I've had no issues with the brakes and the inspector's explanation was very flimsy. I took my car somewhere else and it passed no problem.
They only smile during the transaction, later acting very rude , I feel they like to hide information for you.
I was hoping for better but after coming in the week before for my 2023 Honda to be looked at for tailgate issues and being told the motor needed to be replaced and ordering it. I get and a call and schedule another appt since the part comes in only to find out an hour later that the wrong part was sent. So now I'm still without an automatic tailgate and awaiting another part to arrive.
long wait time during simple servicing ... and yes, I was on time for the appointment.
