I took my car in for the scheduled service which was oil change and tire rotation, however it didn't seem like the 25 point check was done because the next day my car wouldn't start because of dead battery. After several attempts to reach someone in the service department, I was given an excuse that one day the battery can be good and the next day bad. I took the battery to an auto shop that said the battery had a dead cell. This problem should have been detected when I brought my car in. Not happy about the service.
It was terrible. The honda building was torn down and I could not access the entrance because the road was blocked off. Finally one of your people told me to go to volvo and go around until I could get to your maintenance dept. The Car was sold to me without freon and I had to wait 2 hrs while the checked the fluids. Thankfully all the work was done at no charge.
It was so bad they dont even have my correct vehicle listed. Always terrible service here.
Bad they couldn't fixed my car for two times I went there and they added other one problem on it.They broke my front bonnet hood I'm disappointed

We set an 8am appt and sat there firc4 hours for an oil change!! They are usually faster and put appointment first, but thus time was terrible!! They did apologize and redeem themselves.
They emailed me asking for me to come to the lot. But when I asked (several times) for specifics about the car, they suddenly stop emailing me back. I'm not sure they really had the car. I will not waste my time with Greensboro Honda in the future.
Now, when I turn my heater up, it makes noise, never did that before....
Staff doesn't make you feel welcome, and they lie about deals that they could offer.
