They tried to get me to buy services that I had already gotten done at there dealership a few months before. So I wasn't due for them. Be careful and make sure you pay attention. They try to rip you off.
Not good. The great certified technician that serviced my car stripped the oil plug left me with a very bad oil leak.oil on my concrete driveway so thanks to the people at Greensboro Honda I had to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed and paid $81.21 to fix it. Not Happy won't be using Greensboro Honda for any maintenance of any kind
Screws were missing after recall was done.
Condition of used car was very poor
Oil change became catalyst conveter replacement and code sensor replacement currently NOT listed on Greensboro Honda records.
I paid for a new set of tires I have came back once because the sensor keeps saying my tire pressure is low the light is still coming on and it should not be because the tired are new
Waited 2 hours for an oil change
The routine service was excellent as always, but shortly after that I knocked my right rear view mirror off backing out of the garage and am still waiting for them to get this part and replace it. No information on when to expect it, so I continue to drive an unsafe vehicle now for two weeks while Honda goes silent on me. Very disappointing service to say the least. Come on Honda, fly the part in from somewhere, anywhere, make the extra effort for an eight year loyal customer. I'm worth it. Or I used to think I was.
I sent this to Honda's "Contact Us Directly" link on May 8, 2024, and have had no response to date: I brought my car to Greensboro Honda today to have diagnostic work done on my brakes because I noticed some noises and slight vibration recently.
