Disappointing We were disappointed that there were only 4 tables in the breakfast area and after waiting for 20 minutes or more we gave up and went to a restaurant for breakfast. The hotel appears to be experimenting with a virtual check-in and check-out which was not working well on our arrival. We much prefer to interact with a real person as opposed to this face on a screen. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable.

disappointing stay I was awaken at night and very early in the morning by neighbors since walls are too thin. Hot tub was under renovation and they advise us to go next door but it doesnt have hot tub:-( Breakfast was good. Walls are paperthin within rooms.

Disappointing
customer service bad even when it was super slow. Our fist time visiting Sedona we stayed at GreenTea in Flagstaff, and in the Sedona but the Sedona one There was a young lady by herself We check in 1/22/23 around 8 pm She was the only one there and it look really slow an easy job. Not sure why she was so rude I do hope she finds a better job since she look very unhappy Other than that the room was clean, but we definitely won’t be staying on this hotel if we ever come back to Arizona.
