fine but less then what I expected tv’s didn’t work , upgraded room I paid for really wasn’t upgraded as advertised pool was nice . location was convenient

Bad 1.) The toilet won't flush while we check in! We did call the frond desk three times, and we didn't get any help and sole the problem, because she was by herself at front desk and maintenance office was closed! 2.) We have to waiting to next morning and use the restroom at front desk! 3.) This is the bad experience, that I first time booking travel with " Booking.com "for my business. I looking forward to get the answer!!

OK but paid too much. Expensive. Other Green Tree Inns are just as nice but 1/3 the cost. location was fairly good.

Very Poor Over priced for what they charged. They said mountain views. Yes Over a gas station out the front door. I got a suite. Sorry I did. No patio or balcony. Total misrepresentation. They were always out of things on the breakfast buffet . Noone cleaned our room. I would not go back.

would not return there or suggest it door dint close properly , lots of people noise outside, dirty patio with trash and dirt and rocks, some furniture stained and others the legs were ratty light on vanity flickered constantly pool was promised to be open by our arrival but still not usable 3 days later location

good thing we were tired & needed to sleep. pool might be open in July. pool & sitting area not open. was told they had a pool at a different location. & a hot tub at yet another location. maybe should have stayed at a different location!!! breakfast mediocre when it was there. employees lethargic. poor management clearly a problem. location
