Adequate but glad it was just one night. The HVAC was noisy. The shower easily flooded the bathroom if show curtain wasn't just right. Th bathroom sink was outside the bathroom...weird. Breakfast area didn't have enough seating...sign saying "more seating outside" not helpful when it's 40 degrees. Easy to find. Convenient location. Check in was easy.

For Sedona, I feel it was a good value and nice room. Photos of local area were great to see. Thx There were leftovers from someone else in the fridge The bed was not comfortable so very tired in the morning No GF options for breakfast Check in was fine and the reservation process on line was convenient the location was good 115 was quiet and no 'road' noises bothered us fan system was quiet found it quickly with easy access

Not worth the money. The website has fantastic photographs that encouraged us to book. Upon arrival it was clear that this was a (sub) standard motel. The bedrooms were not particularly clean and the air conditioning was very loud. Breakfast was awful. To add insult to injury a $15 service charge was added. We requested room service every day but we had to chase and remind the front desk for this to happen, even then rubbish was not cleated. Not a lot. The hotel website over promises and the motel under delivers

The location was amazing. But the resort was way overpriced. I would never stay again. Run down, falling apart. Misleading photos. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was gross. Just the location.

Sedona Experience The breakfast can use more variety, everyday was the same, fake eggs. Make just an egg sandwich. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The bed was very comfortable

Perfect adequate hotel with nice staff but a bit far from town and a little basic. Breakfast hours were limited and food was very average, very inflexible on late checkout, bathroom a little basic, location was quite far out of town, housekeeping did the bare minimum Beds were comfortable, fridge worked well. Pool looked nice but unfortunately didn’t get to use was too cold.

OVER PRICED No cleaning service. Food at breakfast barely passable. The bed.

OK -- view was great! The room was clean. The television had practically no volume -- we had it at 100!! I understand about staffing needs in Sedona, but virtual check-in is very impersonal! The girl at the desk was polite and helpful -- but businesses need to instruct their employees to smile at the customers! Breakfast area is where sun is in your eyes eating early and layout is poor. Coffee machine sounded like is was dying and decaf was broken -- it should have been replaced. I would not stay here again.

If I found another place same night I would have canceled my booking. Breakfast was good but facility didn’t meet my expectation.
