I booked reservations through Open Table because I had a reward credit. The first issue came at check-in. I specifically asked for a high top table when I did my reservation. We were seated at a table with booth seating which is what I was trying to avoid. We did have a really nice server and the food was ok. When it came time to check out, I presented the Open Table reward card, but our server could not figure out how to do it, so we forfeited 16$. We're glad you had a really nice server and that the food was okay. Your feedback about training is understandable and important. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact the restaurant with your reservation details so we can better understand what happened.
Tried 3 separate dinners, all were great! Asked for a quiet area so we could talk and was given. Highly recommend.

Love their french onion soup, and the iceberg lettuce wedge is a monster salad! Great service also!

We celebrated a birthday, had two wonderful dinners and a berry cobbler with ice cream on top was brought for the birthday celebration. My blackened grouper meal and my friend’s salmon salad as well as the dessert were delicious!

We had dinner with our family at Grindstone on the Monon. The host greeted us warmly asking if we wanted to sit outside noting our reservation. Our table for six was lovely outside next to the fire pit area. The fire pit area has a sofa and chairs to sit on a cool evening. Hannah, our server introduced herself as she brought water for our table. The children at our table were given a children’s menu with crayons and games to play on the menu. The children ordered the chicken fingers entree with French fries. The chicken tend... read more
