Had a group of 6 for a family dinner. Menu items sounded better than how they tasted. The steak tacos were particularly disappointing. It wasn’t a steak sliced into each taco but rather small pieces of precut steak that lacked flavor. Small portions overall. One family member enjoyed the meatloaf.

The food was ok but not something I will return for. My prime rib was reheated on a flat top grill and cooked way past what it should have been or what I asked for. Flavor was ok but not wow. The ambiance of the place was not what we expected from photos. Our server Dakota was great and responsive.

First time visiting with reserved party of eight. Easy parking, seated immediately in corner area. Excellent server, Kaitlyn T., who knew the menu, offered suggestions of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Manager greeted table and made us feel welcomed. All meals were beyond expectation of uniqueness, taste and presentation. Could not have enjoyed our visit more. Grindstone will be our restaurant choice whenever in the area.

Wasn't happy with where they seated us. I had made a reservation expecting a nice table and they placed us in a booth by the back door to the patio and near busing station. Very disappointing. My Mac and Cheese came out cold and had to be sent back and my wife asked for no blue cheese on her salad but it came out with blue cheese. Disappointing visit with the restaurant and probably won't return.
