I don’t even know where to begin. The positive: It was wheelchair accessible as advertised and the wine pour was decent. The rest: below average food, service and cleanliness. We have tried both Gribdstones in Westfield and Noblesville and both are nothing to brag about. Fat on filet Slider, flavorless tacos, dirty menus, long time to be greeted at table, waiter could not remember who was drinking or eating what.

Service was painfully SLOW, beyond belief. Pathetic. The menu has a variety that suits many tastes and is very good. I read previous reviews and the comments regarding the service are consistent. Great food poor service.

This is usually a great dining experience but last night everything was below average. The server was never around. Prime rib came out Luke warm to cold. Salads came out after the prime rib was served. They need to tighten their game up. They are better than that.

It took a considerable amount of time to get our food. The waiter didn’t seem too thrilled with his job and when the salad was delivered it wasn’t correct.

My Fiancé ordered the Clam Chowder. It came out Luke warm and after a couple of bites he ended up with something in his mouth that appeared to be a large chunk of wood. We mentioned it to a server and she didn’t even feel the need to apologize (not our server). She got the manager but she also didn’t really seem to care. I will never dine here again. Had reservations & we were sat on the top floor next to kitchen/service well area. Literally felt like eating during an earthquake every time someone walked by (which was constant) there is no way management could be unaware of this. Constant shaking. We requested a new table, future reservations were more important and took priority for the empty tables. That’s cool, lost my business forever.

Took 10 minutes from being seat to get service. Then, the waitress walked away right I was ordering an appetizer. After that I wanted another beer and had to wait and additional 15 minutes before I received it. My food became luke warm because I didn’t have it. Also was given a near empty bottle of ketchup.
The noise level from the first table to the right in the dining room was so loud I couldn’t hear my daughter talk! One of the women kept schussing the kids to no avail. I could not enjoy my dinner! This was a first! I realize there is probably no place to put a table with little kids but it sure made for a bad evening for me and my daughter.
