Have dined here many time, have loved the steaks! Normally thick cut 14oz ribeyes. This time was bad! I did not want to make a issue at the time as it does not look good for guests. My 14 oz ribeye was NOT 14oz, very thin cut. I ordered medium well, got well done and dry! I left the center, tough, dry, overcooked. Our dining experience here was disappointing. While our appetizer (pretzels with pub cheese) and the french onion soup was good, my wife's steak came out well done instead of medium. We had to send it back. When the new steak came out, it was rare. My Whiskey Chicken was good but not any better than similar dishes in chain restaurants. Portion sizes were also disappointing.

The food is good but the atmosphere is crowded and the service was absolutely horrible. The service could of been horrible because a lack of staff but I wouldn't know that as this was my first visit. I think the price was too high for the vibes and food you receive.

Honestly pretty disappointed by the food and service. We spent $36 on a ribeye steak that was really poor quality and cooked terribly. There was no effort in the customer service. It look over 30 mins to get the check paid. The interior design and ambiance was nice overall though. Probably will not be coming back unfortunately.

Took my wife here for B-Day. Made reservations, were seated promptly near the backroom stage which was great! When ordering appetizer we asked if we should put entrée in later and was told no, they'd put in separately to allow time to finish appetizer! Both ordered fillets at $27 per... meal and appetizer showed up to table simultaneously, both entrees undercooked, and cold by the time we finished the appetizers... They sat us right at our reservation time. Waited 25 minutes…didn’t even get a server, not even a glass of water. We did at the 23 minute mark get someone to acknowledge we were sitting in our booth. We left without a single conversation and without a birthday dinner for my wife.
