I am usually not one to complain or make a fuss one going out to dinner as I know how tough the restaurant Industry can be. this was the first time eating here and the menu looked really appetizing with a variety of dishes to offer. It took the waiter 20 minutes to actually come to our table and he actually attended to two tables around us before even taking any of our orders; they were seated 10 minutes after us. The food was delicious, but our server was not fantastic. We had to beg for a drink menu (which later got slapped wordlessly on our table), a couple of our items never made it to the table (or never made it into the computer to be on our ticket) and it felt like we were basically begging to be served. Perhaps the restaurant is seating too many people to 1 server's section, or maybe this server was having an off night... but our one date night we have every quarter was not as great as it could have been.
Took 15 minutes to get water after being seated (because we asked the hostess who our server was), 20 minutes for the actual server to come to the table. Then he was no where to be found after someone else brought our food, thankfully the nice neighboring table let us borrow their ketchup. The food was amazing, but we won’t be back because of the disrespectful service.

The food quality was lacking tonight. Both our dishes came with fried onions on them that were overcooked and almost burnt. They also didn’t look fresh, like that had been under a heat lamp for awhile. In addition to making the food not look appetizing, any bite of the entree that had some tasted burnt. I had salmon and my wife had the pot roast. The pot roast did not really have a gravy but what looked like and had the consistency of straight beef stock. I just wrote a glowing report about this restaurant 2 weeks ago and was excited to go back again. Unfortunately a 2 week span made a huge difference. Upon our arrival we were seated promptly, upstairs. I would not recommend sitting up there. My husband and I are older, he is 81, and while we are in good shape climbing the stairs can be a pain. We ordered onion soup and entrees. Our soups had been served for less than five minutes when the server brought our entrees. By the time we ate our soup the entrees were cold, we sent them back. I think the server was inexperienced. The food looked good, will probably return at another date.

The service was really good. Our server was kind, attentive to drinks, and welcoming. Inside the decor is really cool, especially the bar area. The food on the other hand was cold for all of our meals (4 people). The two filets were the thinnest/smallest cuts I have ever seen and were very bland. It looked and tasked like something we could have gotten from Perkins or Cracker Barrel for half the cost. Went for birthday dinner for 3 adults with reservation. Sat in new addition in a corner, could not see Christmas tree from, any decor from this table. Kind of blah. Food was not up to par as in previous trips but it had been probably a yr since visiting. Disappointing. Ordered pretzel/cheese appetizer. Oddest pretzels of all the ones I've had a various places.
