Loved the new place. It's going to do well in noblesville. Little kinks to work out, but that's to be expected. I will definitely be back!!!
Business response:
Hi, Melissah. These words go a long way, it motivates us to work even harder, thank you for the review!
Met every expectation and more for a completely wonderful dining experience! Great staff! Food was HOT and DELICIOUS! Huge portions! So happy to have this place a few blocks from our home!
Loved the crab dip appetizer and the salmon salad. My husband also liked the steak salad (not sure it's official name). Will definitely go back
Business response:
Hi, Janaew. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we really appreciate it!
Great overall experience here during their first week of operation. We will be returning soon.
Edit 2/3/21: Since the review below, we have gone back to Grindstone. In fact, this has become our favorite date night place. I have never had a bad dish from there, we love that we can make reservations online, and the service is always fantastic. I recently celebrated my 40th Birthday there and the staff was wonderful! If you are looking for a recommendation on food, the prime rib, loaded mashed potatoes, and Brussel sprouts are amazing. Service was rough, food was good. Reached out to management with little reply. Don't s... read more

Father’s Day Dining Experience I took my father to this restaurant for Father’s Day. Initially, we had a positive impression, but it quickly deteriorated. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our beers, and when they finally arrived, they weren’t cold enough. My father ordered the whiskey chicken, but about a quarter of it was fat and gristle, the green beans were undercooked, and the potato serving was small. I documented the issues with photos. My girlfriend ordered three sides and had to return one immediately because it wa... read more
Business response:
We’re really sorry your Father’s Day dinner was disappointing. We regret the long wait for beers and that they arrived warm, the whiskey chicken having excess fat, undercooked green beans and small potatoes, cold or watery sides, burnt fries, a burger not cooked medium rare, and inattentive service. We appreciate the photos and feedback. Please contact us so we can review what happened.
Drinks were great but the meatball Marsala was WAY to rich to eat. Chicken Piccata was just ok, potatoes were served not warm even.
Business response:
Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad the drinks hit the mark, and I’m sorry the meatball Marsala felt too rich and the chicken piccata was just okay. I also regret the potatoes arrived not warm. Your comments are helpful for understanding what matters to guests. I hope you’ll consider giving us another try.
I love Grindstone and have been coming there for many years now. Unfortunately, this was to be my belated Mother’s Day with my son and my food was not good at all. I ordered an omelette with tomatoes, onion and mushrooms. I received a mushy mess of eggs with spinach and mushrooms. My husband’s eggs in his breakfast burrito was gross as well but he didn’t say anything but didn’t eat it. By the time I got my new omelette, everyone was done eating. Manager did the right thing and took it off the bill. Note to chef… no one likes... read more
Business response:
We are sorry your belated Mother’s Day breakfast fell short. We appreciate you telling us about the runny, mushy eggs and the wrong ingredients, and we understand how disappointing it was to get a replacement after everyone finished. We are glad it was addressed at the time, and we truly appreciate your many years of visits and ongoing support.
