I liked that office staff were available 24/7. We had multiple caregivers which created a degree of inconsistency. A few of the staff went out of their way to try and create a schedule that minimized the number of caregivers. I thought that was really great! All in all it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

There were many caregivers, so I cannot give an true grading. (I chose 7 only because the survey won't let me skip the question.) All of them were different. One contacted my mother with some frequency outside of her shifts. My family did not care for that, and I am only mentioning it because you are requesting feedback. The fact that it happened would not affect our overall feelings about Griswold, and we would recommend your company to friends.
