Have only been a client for 4 days. Sadly today our assigned caregiver called off but the others have been very nice.

overall good, and Griswold helped us in a jam. Most of the caregivers were great, and the ones that weren't so great asked to have them replaced and appreciated the changes. One disappointing issue is the Ally billing process, which leaves a lot to be desired as compared to the description of Ally that was on the original paperwork. Second frustrating issue was timely and accurate comms related to no-shows and late-shows.

Christy is a great caregiver and the office staff have been very helpful with scheduling

Carolyn does not have a computer so as her brother(POA) and sister-in-law we take care of computer transactions. We are not at her home when the caregiver comes but we talk to her about it. Communication has been good with Griswold in coordinating her care with us and her other health providers. Carolyn likes her caregiver and likes the consistency of having the same one every week.

Very pleased with office people, staff that stayed with her, and the fact that the patient and your care person enjoyed their times together. Would have had her again but things got worse for dad so could not leave them alone in case he needed something for himself. thanks for your great coverage and hope things are good well for you. Will recommend your company when I can't!!!
