Our caregiver was well matched with my mother and myself. She is a caring person, can work independently, is trustworthy, and is willing to make adjustments to the particular needs and preferences of each patient and family. I was pleasantly surprised when she asked what she could improve upon. The hourly caregivers have been good. The live-ins have been ok, however, not very compatible with Nancy. The last live in seemed incapable of caring for Nancy, The two prior to that were OK. Courtney was young and not able to watch a patient continue to worsen and seemed to think she would get better. Ak, left in an abrupt manner which would make me question why, since she told me the night before she left that, that she was staying. The office staff are friendly, however, do not always follow-up when plans change.

I think that your staff may try to meet our needs but maybe you dont have the caregivers. I do better reaching your office via text then calls so I wonder if they arent very busy with phone calls. Some of the caregivers do not know our needs so communications may be lacking. Some of the caregivers have been very good. Some not enough to meet our needs. We have one now every other Sunday which is not enough but she is good. My mother is a lot of care and everyone cant do it.
