Overall everything was wonderful. The caregivers were warm, caring and knowledgeable about hospice care. Urma and Faiza were outstanding. They cared for our mom as she were their own family. One note(which was the exception), we visited our mom night fairly late and the caregiver Elizabeth had the couch all set up like a bed for herself. This was in the living room and our expectation was that the cna's would stay at our mom's bedside. Thank you again for the outstanding support and care for our mom.
