I feel very positive. Not everything went as I had hoped; my husband was not cooperative and did not allow the caretaker to help him as he needed. But she was willing and able; she did as much for us as she was allowed. I will call you again when I need help and will recommend your service to others.

I am extremely happy with Griswold. The office staff and caregivers are VERY professional. The staff has bent over backwards to find caregivers who are a good fit for my daughter, and so far they have been successful . Very impressive! My daughter loves each caregiver that that has taken care of her, and THAT makes me VERY happy.

Brenda immediately went above and beyond to make us feel safe and our needs understood. Her caring heart and positive energy is definitely the reason I chose Griswold. Our first caregiver, Gloria, was very nice and prompt. Dan enjoyed the cookies she made for him and her company. Since our schedule is unpredictable, I feel good about meeting other caregivers and developing a long relationship with all of you.

All of the office staff and caregivers have been superb. Caregivers were on time for their shifts and handled the care for my husband with professionalism and dignity. My husband was extremely ill the past several years and was in and out of the hospital numerous times. Griswold was always there for me...making sure I had the properly qualified and caring caregivers for the shifts that were needed. Every once in a while, a scheduled caregiver might have had to call in sick, although those situations were rare.... read more
