Personal care was wonderful. I only wish they took our Medicare Advantage insurance so we could have continued using them.

We only had Griswold Home Care a short time but was VERY impressed with everyone! It is always a scary step but Brenda came out to talk to us and I was totally comfortable from the get go as she was very caring and compassionate so taking that first step was a real tribute to her warm personality. The caregives (Rafiola and Gloria) were exceptional and we clicked immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Griswold Home Care.

I have nothing but the best to say about Griswold. My mother has been a client for the past 16 months. Initially, she was very independent and just needed a little extra help for a few hours a week, cleaning. After a stroke 4 months ago, she needs daily care while we are at work. Her main caregiver is excellent with her and is so helpful with cleaning up around the rest of the house, too, which makes it easier on me. We have been very pleased with many of the caregivers. We wish we could see the same caregiver more often but understand that the episodic need for the service impacts that ability. Carrie, the office staff, does a wonderful job accommodating our needs! Thank you

I am sorry we have had to send different caregivers.We really do try to get the same people, but it is such a tough industry to do that all the time. We try to keep our caregivers with as many hours as possible. Most of them work with two agencies and thus may not be available to us when we need them. I love Brenda at Griswold. She was so helpful and compassionate in a very difficult time for us. All of the caregivers that came to be with my Mom were wonderful. They treated her with kindness and patience and were very professional. This is a great company and I would definitely call them again for home health care assistance

your employees need a lot more training. It needs to be disclosed whether they can do transfers and what their exact skills are before sending someone out. During the time that my mother employed your company, we had so many caregivers constantly calling out sick or with numerous other issues, I understand they are contract employees but I would think that you would need to do more to entice them to show up to work more often than not.
