Luke is outstanding. He continues to support all my questions on email weeks after sale. He has been honest throughout my experience. Groove, overall good experience, wonderful employees Setting up service was time consuming (multiple calls and holds) but I did not know I had to visit so many departments and they had to register what needed to be done to my new vehicle . Sales paperwork is very confusing. One sales receipt with very little detail so I did not know what was included (still not sure) and no windshield sticker.... read more
