"Disappointed Service" I took my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection in January and left with a service report of needing almost $5,000 in work. Head gasket repair, arm bushings, steering rack, transmission flush, timing belt, etc.. Almost every other time I come into this Subaru, I either need a tremendous amount of work done or none at all. "Forget about service, you don't exist to them" These guys are extremely friendly and helpful through the car-buying process. After you buy, they are just like anyone else and would rather not deal with you again. I had what looks like a stress crack form in the sunroof of my 2017 Forester. The sales rep emailed me about my satisfaction and asking for positive reviews and I brought up the crack. Never heard back. "Females Beware!" Jonathan refused to give me a price via email. As a busy professional this is how I've always purchased vehicles. I want to be able to walk into a dealership with all negotiations completed, sign the paperwork, and drive away. His tone was condescending and rude.

"Bought my car and never paid me!" STAY AWAY! I've bought 2 cars from them. They recently purchased my car as a 'street purchase', resold it 2 days later and still haven't paid me. It has been 10 weeks and counting. No one will talk to me or give me more info.

"Terrible service " The worst place in the world to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could but this has to possibly be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Sold me a car that leaked from day one. A certified Groove Subaru and after 2 times trying to fix they had my car for 3 weeks they said it was all good. Still leaked. "Smooth and positive experience" We had a very positive experience at Groove Subaru and with Jim Hatch when we were shopping for a new car. Jim was very helpful and patient with us and helped us pick our new Subaru Forester. We would highly recommend working with him for your car shopping needs.

"Unacceptable " This service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have only written one other negative review in my whole life. I have been ignored, lied to and apparently people here don't recall what was discussed and frequently lose their memory. Tried calling and leave messages but no one returns my calls. Plus I got sent to 5 other people before being sent to voicemail. My car was held for three weeks to do an inspection and fix a wiper. We told the service department to do several other fixes but they didn't remember... read more

"incompetent, irresponsible, unprofessional" Car has been in THREE different times within the last 30 days with the SAME issues (AC not working). They also misplaced my keys on the second visit and prolonged the fix.

"Lying Salesmen" I already had a great offer with another Subaru dealership. I wanted to still shop around and see if another would beat the price. I did the online chat with this dealership's website. I was lied to right off the bat. I was quoted at $28,614 for a fully loaded new 2016 Outback Limited. Obviously, too good to be true.
