Luke started sending me unsolicited sales texts and when I called him on it/suggested that that was annoying, he insisted that I had given him permission to do so, which I had not. I used to really like Groove and went there for service all the time. I had planned on buying my next new car here, but I am not interested in rewarding that sort of behavior, so I will likely go elsewhere.

"2020 Subaru Ascent " I purchased an Ascent from Groove back on March 19th. I had scheduled an appointment to view the limited trim of the Ascent and the Outback. Rolly had both of them available when I arrived and ready to go over features and test drive both. I ended up going with the Ascent and couldn't be happier. I can do nothing but recommend this dealership and specifically Rolly if interested in Subaru.

"Jordan was on top of it. He beat any other rate and was..." Jordan was on top of it. He beat any other rate and was helpful in guiding me through the process of getting the exact car I wanted. I only give Groove a 4/5 because I would've appreciated having the extended warranty information they provide you in the finance office ahead of time. It's rough to have to make that decision where you feel trapped.

"Great to work with. " Took my car in for service, and knowing my warranty was going to end in a few weeks, decided to just see what we could work out to get me in a new Outback. Fast forward, I traded my Outback and left with a brand new one. Joanna was absolutely great to work with!
