"Refreshingly Honest" I wasn't even going to buy a new car until I talked to Isabella. She told me I could have a lower payment, which turned out to be true. Isabella should be proud of creating that possibility for me to step into, as I left Groove that day by stepping into my new Crosstrek.

"Another pleasant buying experience" Purchasing our 2018 Outback was yet another pleasant auto buying experience at Groove Subaru. We couldn't be happier with both the car and with Jeremy! This is our 7th Subaru (6 purchased at Groove - formerly Burt Subaru), and we were real picky about the color choices. Jeremy went the extra mile to find what we wanted at another dealership and complete a same-day deal. Ask for Jeremy by name...you won't be disappointed.

"Incompetent and rude" Initially, Groove couldn't meet me halfway on price. i compromised. Next and probably worst of all was the Finance guy. He really didn't seem to check out the 2 credit unions we have an excellent credit sc ore w/. Steered us to his "house"m lender , Air force Acad. c.u. Then the is guy pops an attitude w/ my wife when she didn't do his form just right. Lesser pain, I had to send my wife's driver license email 3 times. If Josh, sales person, hadn't tried I'd graded Groove 1 or 2.

"Best car salesman I've ever worked with." Calm, friendly, patient, great listener, zero pressure, helped me find the right model for my needs. Bought the same day as wasn't planning on it. He should be a model for the rest of the industry. Service dept issues.... Got first oil change. Then found oil finger prints on my brand new white leather door panel, handles, seat, hood. "Hoang and Groove Subaru are great!" From the moment we pulled into Groove Subaru, we were taken care of (we didn't have an appointment - we just walked in). "Did NOT expect to walk away with a Subaru!" My 2014 Honda civic lease was up. "Incredibly pushy" Matt was insanely pushy. We have gone to numerous dealerships and never been treated so poorly. The groove experience was terrible and Matt completely ruined it. He refused to even tell us the price of the car unless we could garuntee we would purchase today. Jokes on Matt - if he and the groove team weren't so awful he would have got a sale. We just drove across town and bought a car from a kind salesman. Sucks to suck Matt! Hope you get better at your job

"Delays in picking me up to get car" Dealership performed maintenance on my vehicle and was to come pick me up when completed. I did get a prompt call letting me know the work was done, yet no mention of an individual coming to get me. I called back and they said vehicle was on its way, it is a 15 to 20 minute drive. I called back 40 minutes later they said they were on the way. He also mentioned he would call the driver to verify. Never received a call back.
