"Buyer beware " Purchased a new Subaru Legacy in April, I figured I would give them a few months to see if they would come through on their promise. First I was buying a new car so that would me new no scratches or any other problems. Well I noticed some scratches and asked they be taken Care of before the purchase but oh no they only do that after first mistake so I agreed. "Service center disaster " I took my STI for recall, and had wires hanging under passenger dash, one being the floor light which was not able to took back in, for the clip under dash was broken, which was not before, had a total of four extra clips that went to something just there. Rude customer service. Waited for 1.5 hours for a scheduled ride. Employee who drove BMW almost hit me and then flipped me off coming out of parting lot. Sloppy work! Will not recommend to anyone.

"Chris is great. Dealership is poor re: maintenance." Chris did a great job of answering my questions, following up and finalizing my very first lease. But, this site asks about the dealership as well. I've had poor experiences with maintenance work done at this dealership. Oils changes with wrong oil added. Oil change with oil leaking on garage floor due to loose drain plug (I kid you not). Had minor oil leak around oil cooler seal. Dealership said would have to remove timing chain cover to resolve at a price of $1,800. I w... read more

"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever" I came to the dealership with my own financing from an out-of-state credit union. The dealership dragged their feet in every single facet of the deal. It took nearly a month to have the car in my possession due to them not filing paperwork correctly and not sending out the correct signed paperwork on time. "First Car" My son was looking for his first car and had his eyes set on the New Subaru Legacy. DeAnna was professional and friendly, she worked really hard to get him a deal and our experience there was amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru Groove Subaru they are top notch! DeAnna deserves 5 stars across the board, The Rating system isn't work but she was awesome

"Out of town purchase" Bought an Outback from out of state because the car we wanted was available. Jameson was great to work with. Very prompt replies to all question. Did most over phone, email and text. The dealership is known for supporting local charities and supporting cycling which is important to me.

"Dishonest about inspection and did not address when called o" I found a certified preowned 2015 Subaru outback limited I thought was going to be mine. It was listed fairly, and it seemed to be in great shape. The bonus too was it went through a thorough inspection.
